Viva Entertainment released online via its official Youtube
account the newest uncut trailer for the upcoming romance-drama ‘A Secret
Affair’ to give viewers a glimpse of the film's quotable quotes, which seem to
take inspiration from the 2011 film "No Other Woman".
"No Other Woman," the second highest-grossing
local film of all time, also featured the first big screen team-up of Anne Curtis
and Derek Ramsay.
Aside from Anne & Derek, Andi Eigenmann is also in the
movie.
The characters’ comedic exchanges in the movie are already
getting buzz online.
The lines delivered by Jacyln Jose, who plays Curtis' mom in
the film, have already been picked up by some netizens -- from her analogy of
adultery to "flashfloods" reaching "critical level," to her
etymology lessons on the word "mistress."
In the trailer, Curtis is also seen making quips as a
scorned wife. Donning a red dress, her character, Rafi, tells Sam (Andi
Eigenmann): "It's not love, so stop thinking that in your twisted
psychotic delusional little head."
Jackie Lou Blanco and Eigenmann, who portray mother and
daughter in the film, also have their share of memorable lines in the Nuel
Naval film.
Also starring Joel Torre, "A Secret Affair" will
hit theaters nationwide on October 24.
