First of all, I just saw this photo on Twitter, it isn't mine. I just have to post it on my blog because, honestly and sadly, this made me laugh. No, death is not a laughing matter.
Just over two weeks ago, the Secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in the Philippines died in a plane crash together with the plane's two pilots.
The late secretary Jessie Robredo was a well-loved public servant. He was a Ramon Magsaysay awardee, the Asian version of Nobel Prize. because of his contribution to the country, he was given a state funeral.
